The description shall be amended to read;
Telephone Kiosk. 1926. By Giles Gilbert Scott. Timber construction. Square
kiosk of K2 type with domed roof, perforated crowns to top panels, perforated
"Telephone" slots and glazing bars to windows and door. One of a pair of K2
kiosks situated within the portals of Burlington House. This kiosk is the
original prototype designed for the 1926 competition, constructed not from
cast iron but timber and originally sited with other competition entries
outside the National Gallery.
