Lodge. 1812-25 by John Nash as part of his Regent's Park Crown Estate
development (repositioned in 1961). Stucco; slate roof. 4-square Greek
Doric pavilion balancing its twin south west lodge, set in the corner of
the square garden at junction with Marylebone Road. Single storey. One
window or doorway to each face. Recessed glazing bar sashes and doorway
framed by Greek Doric columns in antis. Continuous entablature with
shallow pediments against blocking course over each aediculed face.
