C16 house, Timber framed and plastered with jetty underbuilt in brick. Ridged
gabled and hipped roof, pegtiled. To red brick chimney stacks. Four pairs
of small-paned sashes in exposed boxes on the first storey. A blocked window
on left of ground storey, C19 shop front, all in one case with leaded top and
door in third place. Fixed-paned light of 3 and 2 pairs of small-paned sashes,
left. Then Anchor Cottage, with a door and 2 modern sashes.
