1901, architect C F A Voysey. Two storeys. Roughcast walls with stone dressings,
hipped slate roof, roughcast chimney. First floor has 3 mullion windows of
2-4-2 lights, leaded glazing bars. Ground floor has windows of 2-5-2 lights,
shaped cornices. Doorway with 4-centred arched head.
