House, now two. Mid C18. Header bond brickwork, stone plinth
and cornice, brick lateral stacks, tiled valley roof with
stone slate verges. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys, attic and basement; 4-window range. Plinth, cornice
and parapet. Paired central doorways with mid C20 joinery have
moulded architraves and corner roundels, rectangular C18
fanlights (of distinctively early type) and shallow pediments
to 6-panel doors, the right-hand one inserted early C19 to a
former window and basement opening. Lower left-hand window
with a basement opening beneath. Gauged brick flat arches over
6/6-pane sashes in flush exposed frames. Original right-hand
hopper in tile-hung gable. Rear has S wing and a dormer.
INTERIOR not inspected but noted as containing panelled
shutters and cornices. A fragment of the central flat arch
remains.
