Mid C19. Three storeys in stucco with moulded blocking course. Three windows, hung sashes with glazing bars, moulded surrounds and cill bands. First floor windows in shouldered architraves with cornices. Ground floor has doorway with pilasters, large shop window, one window with glazing bars and round-headed yard doorway.
