3 houses. Dated 1840. Red brick with gault-brick facade. Slate
roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys in irregular 5-window range. Wide centre
window-bay recessed. Three 4-panelled doors with overlights,
that to No.42 C20 and without overlight. Timber doorcases with
reeded pilasters, panelled reveals and hoods. Fenestration of
6/6 unhorned sashes to ground and first floors, with gauged
skewback arches; 3/3 unhorned sashes to second floor;
ground-floor right-hand sash with 1/1 glazing bars, outer
windows of floors above are blind and painted in imitation.
Gabled roof with 2 ridge stacks, that to north rebuilt.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
