House, later a library (closed 1993). Later C18. Brick; hipped composite tile roof; brick stack to left rear. Three storeys and cellar; five-window range: 6/6 sashes with sill-band and some old glass; 3/3 sashes with sill band; rusticated stucco lintels with keyblocks. Central entrance: C20 eight-fielded-panel door and plain fanlight, under modillioned stucco open-pediment hood with entablature blocks with triglyphs, on attached Tuscan columns; flanked by pairs of 6/1 sashes under similar lintels.

Rear: twin gable-wings with hipped composite tile roofs; paired sashes under segmental arches, to right.
