Detached house. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered, slate hipped
roof. A compact symmetrical front range, facing S, with lower
rear ranges.
2 storeys, 3 windows; 9 over 12-pane sashes in reveals, and
central 4-panel door with radial fanlight in arched recess, on
2 steps. Ground floor is rusticated, on a plinth, and under a
plat band. The left return has a small 9-pane sash. Stack to
each end. At the rear is gabled wing with stack, and a lean-to
one-storey unit with C19 plank door. This wing has C20
replacement windows. The principal entrance is through a small
courtyard at the E end of the building, in an attached later
range.
