House in row. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered, slate double
mansard roof.
3 storeys, attic and basement, 1 window; C20 3-light
flat-roofed dormer above a full-height 8:12:8-pane sash bow
and a set-back basement with flat front, behind iron supports
to the oriel. To the right in deep reveals an arched doorway
with plain fanlight and C20 door, on 5 steps with nosings. The
small modillion cornice runs full width, including the top of
the oriel, below blocking course and coped parapet. To the
left is a very deep brick stack with 10 clay pots.
