House in row. Mid C18. Rendered ground floor, painted Flemish
bond brickwork above, tile gabled double roof with central
valley roof.
3 storeys and attic, 3 windows; a hipped 6-pane sash dormer
above 4-pane sashes, all to moulded flush boxes, splayed brick
voussoirs with a raised central stone key, and thin wood
sills. Ground floor has 3 windows and a 4-panel door with
fanlight. Plinth, and a stack to the right. The rear has a
wide part with swept-down roof, having a hipped sash dormer
and a broad eaves stack, above small sashes and a gabled
one-storey projecting service wing. Set back to the left is a
narrower section, with plain sashes at 2 levels, and a lean-to
addition.
INTERIOR: RCHME gives a plan with through-passage and rear
kitchen, with a staircase to the right having a chinoiserie
balustrade.
