Detached building within playground of West Hampstead Primary School Primary School (qv). Probably c1885-86 with later additions. Yellow stock brick with red brick dressings. Tiled roof with large Flemish gables to each facade. Single storey with entrance in late C20 extension. Windows in groups of three with tall segmental-arched central windows extending into gables.
