Early C19 facade. Red brick with brick eaves cornice and slate roof. 2 storeys.
Four windows, including one blank over porch. Early C19 casements with glazing
bars and cambered head linings, Shutters added. Off centre later wood porch.
Interior has early C19 staircase, but. earlier fireplace and some late C17/early
C18 timber framing survives, the latter in south wall.

Nos 105 and 107, the United Reform Church and Manse, Nos 125 and 131, with
Nos 110-118 (even), the cartshed at Burton Green Farm, Dairy Cottage, St Luke's
Parish Church and the The Sycamores, Salisbury Road, together with No 1 Footners Lane
and the wall at its entrance form a group surrounding Burton Green. No 1 Footners
Lane, No 131, Nos 116 and 118 and the cartshed at Burton Green Farm are buildings
of local interest.
