Plain early C19 red brick terrace of houses, 4 storeys to south, 3 to north due
to sloping site. Low slate roof. 2 windows sash some with glazing bars. Series
of brick porches each with door of 6 fielded panels to north side. South front
formerly had balconies.

The listed buildings in Prospect Place, with The Bell Hotel, Bland's Cliff, form
a group.
