Built in 1827 as a police station. 2 storeys buff brick with part stone plinth and
long and short quoins probably of re-used mediaeval masonry. Crenellated parapet
and moulded cornice. 2 4 centred arches through two storeys with hoodmoulding.
4 centred arched windows with Y-tracery. 4-centred arched doorway with hoodmoulding.
Interior has brick vaulted basement and light cells with barred windows.
