L-shaped 2 storey house, probably circa 1700 with late Georgian stucco and features. Eaves cornice. Round window heads in lead with oak-lwaf design. Rusticated quoins. Tuscan porch in angle. 3 light sash windows. 2nd floor
bay window on gable-end.
Interior features include some panelling and a C19 staircase.
All the listed builldings in Monmouth Hill form a group.
