Large three-storeyed building, stuccoed, with quoins. Cornice bands at sill levels. Elaborate centre doorway of triumphal arch motif (single round arch). 2:5:2 windows with segmental heads, keystones and moulded architraves.

Nos 33 to 43 (odd) form a good group of mainly Georgian character with Nos 1 and 3 Princes Street.
