House C17 timber-framed with plaster panels and plain tile roof. L-plan, one storey and attic. Rear wall stack to main range, north side wall stack to crosswing. Crosswing has three-light ground floor window and two-light above; dormer on north side. Main range has dormer, lean-to porch in angle and ground floor casement windows.
