Mid-late C19. Part of a range of semi-detached houses built to accommodate
agricultural workers. Each pair having an individually designed front.
An advanced project for its period. Yellow brick with red brick surrounds
to door and windows. Two storeys. Two window range of double-hung sashes
with glazing bars. The south house has a window inserted in place of the
doorway. Roof slate, hipped, with a central ridge chimney stack.
