Late C18/early Cl9 facade. Painted brick with steeply pitched, old tiled roof.
Off centre, cruciform stack suggests Cl7 date forpart of building. 2 storeys and
2 dormers, 5 windows including 1 blank. Sashes with glazing bars, but 2 bow windows
ground floor, both inserted reproductions. Eastern doorway with flat hood.

Bay Trees Restaurant, Nos 10 to 16 (even), and No 20 and Nos 22 and 28 (buildings
of local interest) form a group.
