GV II

House. Mid C18. Header bond brickwork with serrated eaves,
tarred plinth, tiled half-hipped roof with stone slate verges
and brick stack. 2 storeys, basement and attic; 3-window
range. Steps up to a left-hand doorway with mid C20 timber
pedimented surround to a recessed 6-panel door with glazed top
panels. Central C20 shallow canted oriel with 8/8-pane central
sash, segmental-arched windows with ground-floor 6/6-pane and
first-floor 8/8-pane sashes. Hipped dormer with 6-pane
casement and slate cheeks. INTERIOR not inspected.
