Row of cottages. C18 and early C19, partially refenestrated and extended in C20. Two parallel
ranges, the front range C18, weatherboarded to first floor and painted brick to ground floor,
the rear range early C19 red brick. Tiled roofwith 4 brick stacks. Two storeys; 5 windows.
Cleve Cottage retains early C19 metal casements, 2 Mill Terrace has C20 UPVC windows and
door and Chasmead has C20 UPVC windows and door. Cleve Cottage has lean-to extension to
side and Chasmead has C20 extension with casement and door.
