Lock. 1841-4. Brick chamber and wing walls, with stone copings.
Single wooden top gate with 2 sets of mechanical ground paddle
gearing. Brick heel grip platform. Double wooden bottom gates, each
with a single set of mechanical gate paddle gearing. 2 brick heel
grip platforms. Set of original ladders with iron rungs, on bottom
wing walls. Wing walls fitted with iron rubbing curbs.
