Barn and attached pigsties approximately 10 metres north of College Farmhouse

Barn. C17. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Thatched roof. Four bay barn to right. Additional two bays to left probably stable. Threshing floor to third bay. Two wide entrances to right have wooden lintels. Small wood mullioned window above doorway to right. Slit between the doorways. Plank door to left has wooden lintel. Plank door to loft. Interior: trenched purlin roof. Common and principal rafters. Inserted floor to bays on left.

Pigsties: probably early C19. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Welsh slate roof. Plank doors. Cambered arches with central pier between pigsties. To right a three bay shelter shed with lateral wooden feeding trough.
