Two houses. C17/C18. No.13 regular coursed ironstone rubble. Low pitched Welsh
slate roof. 2 brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic; 3-window
range. Doorway off-centre to left has wide plank door, wooden framed surround
and wood lintel. Door is flanked by 3-light wooden casements with wrought iron
casement fasteners. Window to left has wooden lintel. Window to right has been
inserted in stone surrounds. Three 3-light wooden casements to attic have lead
cames, some with crown glass. Window to left inserted in stone surround and has
wooden lintel. Two C20 windows to right. Goose Cottage attached to left: C18 or
earlier. Upper wall regular coursed ironstone rubble, lower wall coursed
ironstone rubble. Low pitched Welsh slate roof. 2 brick stacks to ridge and
right. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. 2-window range. Blocked door and
window to right have original lintels. Two C20 windows to right, C20 door to
left. Attic has a C20 window to left and a 3-light metal casement to right with
lead glazing bars. Interiors not inspected.
