Circa 1860. 3 storeys stock brick with stone dressings. Parapet and dropped
modillion eaves cornice. Central pediment and right side 3-light projecting
bow. End quoins. 8 sashes in all with verticals only. Moulded architraves.
Most ground floor windows have regency blinds. Under the pediment is a stone
Tuscan porch with triglyph frieze, 2 pilasters and 2 ½ columns closed in with
2 round-headed sashes and a round-headed doorcase with fanlight. Good staircase.
