Terrace of 3 houses, now houses and offices. One build. c.1830-40. Red brick,
slate roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 3 storeys; 6-window range altogether.
Stone steps lead to recessed entrances which have panelled reveals, 6-panelled
doors and stone doorcases. Geometrical patterned overlights. No.36 (Coventry
Building Society) to left has C20 office front and door. Nos.37 and 38 have wide
sash windows with rusticated stone surrounds and stepped voussoirs. 6 French
doors to first floor have margin lights, stone surrounds and cornices. 6 sashes
to second floor have moulded stone surrounds and glazing bars (3-pane width).
Moulded stone consoles. Flanking pilasters. Cast-iron balcony at first floor.
Interior not inspected.
