Circa 1830. Rendered front to brick building with tiled roof. 2 storeys, attic
and semi-basement. 3 windows. Parapet with pediment in centre, an additional
section having been added to the parapet to the right of the pediment. In the centre
of the tympanum of pediment is a circular moulding containing a fixed round window.
Windows in moulded architrave surrounds with cornices over. Sashes with glazing
bars missing. 1st floor windows with ornate cast iron balconies on iron brackets.
Doorway in the centre placed up 7 steps with handrail, the doorway having pilasters
and open pediment, semi-circular fanlight and door of 6 flush panels.

Nos 3 to 18 (consec) including Windycroft form a group of which Nos 4, 5, 15, 16
17 and 18 are of local interest only.
