Circa 1912. Brick with stone dressings, the ground and third storey faced in stone and the latter with Corinthian pilasters, elaborate frieze and cornice. Front has seven tall recessed windows with pilasters and cornices; continuous Greek key frieze at first floor. Ground storey floor rusticated stone pilasters, and central doorway with segmental arched head, voluted keyblock, ten-panelled divided door and steps up.

Nos 25 to 27 (consec), Nos 28-32 and Nos 33 and 34 form a group.
