2 houses. C17 origins with C19 and C20 alterations; Gardener's
Cottage has late C20 south gable end, 2-bay extension in replica
style. Squared coursed ironstone. Steeply pitched late C20 tile
roof (formerly thatched), with 5 late C20 gabled dormers. Blue
brick shafts on stone based stacks to ridge and end. 2 storeys
and attics. 6 window range. 2 entrances have panelled timber
doors with four centred arches and hood moulds with label stops;
Gardener's Cottage removed one bay to left. Ground floor has six
2- or 3-light stone chamfered mullion windows with hood moulds
and label stops; some old glass. Similar 1st floor windows.
mostly with Limber frames and mullions. Left hand return, 3
storeys of similar windows having 3, 2, and 1 light; right hand
return 1 2-light casement above single store outbuilding. Some
C18 casements to rear. Interior of Wyatt's End not inspected:
interior of Gardner's Cottage altered but retains plain panelling
beneath front ground floor window and plain panelled folding
shutters with bar; some old roof timbers. Included for group
value.

entrances have renewed doors with 4-centred arches and hood moulds with label
stops. Ground floor has four 2- or 3-light renewed stone mullioned windows with
hood moulds and label stops. 4 gabled half-dormers, C18 casements to rear. Once
known as Gardener's Cottage. Interiors not inspected. Included for group value.
