(Formerly listed as House about 60 metres south-west of Church of St James, HARTLEBURY)

House. Early C19. Brick, sandstone plinth, tile roof, gable end stacks. Three storeys, dentilled cornice; three windows: two sixteen-pane sashes flank a twelve-pane sash, all under segmental heads; second floor eight- and six-pane sashes; ground floor: two sixteen-pane sashes flank central entrance, doorcase with open pediment, fanlight and six-panelled door.
