2/90 Old Post Office and Slade Cottage.

Cottages, C17 and 18, altered. Rubble stone and stucco, all painted.
E. part old tiled roof, W. part thatch. Brick and stone chimneys. W. part
2 storeys, glazed door and 2 casements to ground floor, 1 casement to
1st floor, left hand bay set back slightly with 1 casement to each floor.
E. part 1 storey and attic, door with thatched porch in angle of if, part,
small window to right, oriel in thatch dormer. Gable wall and flank wall
have 4 windows, the 2 central ones being small oriels, and 1 3 light
casement to 1st floor. Right hand wing (N.), of Slade cottage is not of
special interest.
