Cottages. C18 with C20 alterations. Painted brick, tiled roof. U plan with C20 extension on north of west wing. Two storeys; central and flanking ridge chimneys to south block, ridge chimney off-centre north to west wing.

South elevation: all windows casements, four windows, two-light first floor, three-light ground floor; central hoarded door and door between first and second windows from right.

West elevation: two windows, two-light first floor three-light ground floor, flanking boarded door with gabled hood, two small irregular windows to far left.
