C1830, 2 storey 3 bay well proportioned stucco villa. Soanian incised panel
quoin pilaster support deep frieze. Hipped slate roof with deep flat eaves;
tall flanking and off centre brick chimney stacks. Walls incised with
"coursing". The ground floor is screened by full width verandah with very
slender cast iron shafts capped by small acanthus leaf capitals, supporting
tent roof. The simply revealed glazing bar sashes are carried down on
ground floor to shallow step on to the verandah. Recessed entrance with
Soanian panelled pilasters supporting archivolt arch over radial and marginal
glazed fanlight. Flanking screen wall with panelled pediment capped gate pier.
