House, part used as doctor's surgery. Mid C18. Front refashioned early to mid C19.
Stucco over stone rubble or possibly brick like No.15. Asbestos slate roof with C20
brick chimneys over gable ends. 2 room, rear stair turret plan and later wing. 2
storeys. 3 window front. 6 panel door with top 4 glazed. Doorway central to
window grouping but all nearer to right end. Wooden Tuscan doorcase with plain
pilasters. Stucco plinth and platband. Windows are 4 paned wooden sashes with
horns. Window over door is narrower.
Interior has original dog leg closed string stair, ceiling cornices in left room and
passage and 2 panelled doors.
