Former rectory, now 2 houses. Original part C18, extended in
C19 when a parallel range was also added. Stuccoed with
incised lines to imitate masonry. Tiled roof with brick
chimneystacks. 2 storeys and attics. North west front has C18
portion of 2 storeys and originally 5 windows with keystones,
but 3 of these are now blocked in. 2 hipped dormers with
modern casements, 3 C20 casements. Moulded eaves cornice and
deep plinth. Central doorcase, now built out. To left is 2
storey mid C19 extension with 1 tripartite casement and
doorcase with flat hood on brackets. North east front has 2
gables. 1st floor has 2 2-light C19 mullioned windows with
hood mouldings and 3 light canted bay to right on ground floor
with 3 mullioned windows. Left side triple mullioned window
and doorcase with arched door and hood moulding. South east
front has gable of C18 house and C19 additional gable to
right. 4 windows. 3 12-pane early C19 type sashes. C19 gable
has 2nd floor C20 casement, 1st floor double 12-pane sash and
ground floor 3-light canted bay. Interior has late C18 or
early C19 cantilevered staircase with mahogany handrail, stick
balusters and scrolled tread ends. 1st floor has late C18 6
panelled door.
