GV II

House, now shop row. C15 or C16, clad in later C18 or early C19. Timber-framed
and stuccoed with even rusticated quoins. Moulded cornice parapet to plain tiled
roof. No 70: 3 storeys; single window front with wide segmental bow with
glazing bar sashes on first and second floors. Single late C19 or early C20
shop-front with panelled and glazed door in moulded surround to left and panelled
door to right. No 71: Shallow canted bay on first floor with glazing bar sash
above. Mid-C19 shop-front with half-glazed doors to left and right. No 72:
Channelled horizontal rustication on first floor with moulded string over. 2
storey canted bay with sashes without glazing bars. Circa 1900 shop-front with
two-third glazed door to right.
