Cottage. Mid C18. Red brick with plain tiled, half-hipped roof. Rear stacks to left and right. One storey and attic under three flat roofed dormers. Casement windows that to ground floor left under cambered head, ground floor right under lead pentice roof. Central half glazed door in architrave surround, small scroll strip to flat lead covered hood. C20 single storey and attic to right, further tile hung extension set back to right. Said to have been the gardener's cottage associated with the remodelling of Esher Place in the 1730s by William Kent.
