Cottage. Dated 1770. Coursed rubble, some render to right, double-Roman tile roof, 2 brick stacks. Rectangular on
plan, virtually symmetrical facade. Two storeys, 3 bays; left 2 bays of 3-light moulded stone- mullioned windows;
right bay of 2-light wooden casements. Central door opening in stone surround, supporting entablature and triangular
pediment, contiguous drip-mould to either side stopped to each end. Circular medallion in typanus, carved central
head, incised date:- "1770".
