House, sometime a public house. C18. Timber frame roughcast
with weatherboarded apron to height of front door. Steep pitched
roof, now slated, continues as catslide over rear outshot. A 2-
storeys, 2-unit plan, end chimneys house, facing S. Red brick
external gable chimney at each end. Symmetrical 3 windows front
with central door. 3-light flush casement upper windows.
Panelled half-glazed door with margin lights and flat hood on
curved brackets, in moulded surround. Flanked by canted bay
oriel casement windows each with freize and cornice, carried on 2
cusped trefoil pierced brackets. C19 red brick and slate single-
storey extension set back on left.
