Waterhouse approximately 15 metres south west of Bransdale Mill

Waterhouse. Late C18. Coursed roughly squared sandstone with pantile roof. Rectangular on plan. Single storey, built against a low hillside. Doorway in gable end with roughly tooled lintel.

Interior: stone channel carrying water pierces wall against hillside, and overhangs uilt-in stone trough. Raised stone flag to right of trough. To rear, low square opening accommodates overflow channel to beck. Stone flag floor with drainhole.
