House. Early C19. Stuccoed and blocked out; slate roof with boxed eaves; rear right lateral stack with brick shaft.

Plan: Double depth block, two rooms wide with a central entrance.

Exterior: three storeys. Symmetrical three-bay front with a central doorway in a round headed recess. Doorway round-headed with a two-leaf C20 glazed timber door. Original windows throughout: ground floor windows 16-pane sashes; three 12-pane first floor sashes; three 3/3-pane second floor sashes.

Interior: Ground floor modernised but features of interest may survive elsewhere.
