GV II

Farmhouse now house. Mid C18, inscribed over entrance REBUILT
1870. English bond handmade bricks, with painted stone quoins
at right only (all dressings of painted stone). Welsh slate
roof with skylight, the bottom slates are of stone; coped
gables and kneelers. Rebuilt gable brick chimney stacks.
2 storeys, 3-bay, 2-window range, almost symmetrical. Central
C20 door in stone surround. Ground floor 2-light stone
mullioned sash windows in stone architraves; small sashes
above in stone surrounds. Left contemporary lean-to extension
has stone surround C20 door. Blind attic window on right
