House on L-Plan, now 2 properties, No.15 with facade facing
King Street. Early C17 with later additions. Possibly
timber-framed. Rendered and colourwashed brick. Pantiles (14)
and plaintiles (15). No.15 has 2 storeys and dormer attic in 2
window bays. Right-hand bay recessed. 2 mid-C19 sashes each
floor with one glazing bar each set within C18 exposed boxes.
Gabled roof with rendered kneeler to south. One sloping dormer
fitted with a horned sash. Internal gable-end stacks. C20
half-glazed door set to right of south return. No.14 also of 2
storeys and dormer attic, but lower. Early C20 plate-glass
shopfront with a glazed door to its left. Two C19 cross
casements to first floor with leaded lights. Gabled roof with
one sloping dormer with a casement window. INTERIOR. Not
inspected, but possibly of interest.
