Formerly known as: No.21 GREENGATE STREET.
Shop. Mid to late C18. Stucco; coped tile roof with brick end
stack. 2 storeys with attic; symmetrical 5-window range. Top
cornice. Ground floor has late C20 shopfront in traditional
style. 1st floor has windows with sills and 12-pane horned
sashes; 2 small flat-roofed dormers with 4-pane horned sashes.
Rear has 2 gabled wings, that to left lower. INTERIOR: ground
floor altered; 1st floor retains mid C18 bolection surround
fireplace with plaster overmantel and egg-end-dart moulded
ceiling frieze in room to left-hand, mid C18 raised and
fielded panelling in room to right-hand and original
timber-framed cross wall partitions to central bay.
