2 shops in short terrace. c1825. Red brick. No.61 with
pantiles, No.62 with slate. 3 storeys, each property in 2
bays. C20 shopfronts. No.61 has 2 sashes to each upper floor
with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. No.62 lit
through 2 leaded casements to first floor and 2 horned sashes
to second floor, all with gauged skewback arches. Projecting
timber string course, like a miniature cornice, between first
and second floors of entire elevation. Gabled roofs, that to
No.62 of a higher pitch. Internal gable-end stack to south of
No.62. No.62 also with a pedimented dormer fitted with a sash
window.
