1859 probably by Henry Goddard of Leicester. Gothic style.

Large red brick house. Slate roof. Purple brick bands and window arches. Stone window dressings. Three storeys. Four window bays. Right-hand projects with two gables with bargeboards forming pointed arch, and all stone gabled porch with pointed arch. One, two and three-light windows with pointed stone heads some cusped others with trefoil in spandrels. Continuous moulded stone sill to first floor windows. Two left-hand second floor windows in small gables at either side of large brick outbuilt chimney with stone cap. Ground and first floor left-hand windows three-light with stone ogee heads under wide segmental arch. Brick dentil eaves.
