Pair of cottages in row. Late C18. English bond brick, tiled
roof, brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-window. April Cottage has 4-
panelled door in porch with 2-light casement to either side and two
2-light casements to first floor. Maridon has C20 door and 2-light
casement to ground and first floors. Rear of April Cottage retains
original integral lean-to kitchen with planked door and 2-light
casements, one 2-light casement to first floor. Maridon has C20
tile-hung first floor extension over original lean-to kitchen.
Interior of April has small open fireplace with chamfered lintel on
brick jambs and chamfered beams, planked doors. Interior of
Maridon not inspected.
