House, now two houses. C18, altered C20. Brick, old tile-hipped roof. Long rectangular plan with east end facing road. Two storeys. Tall chimney on front roof slope to right of centre, another chimney on right hip roof slope: both with clay pots. Mostly sash windows with glazing bars, with gauged brick heads. Wooden moulded eaves cornice. Entrance (south) front; nine bays. Casement windows with horizontal glazing bars on first floor in fourth, seventh, eighth, and ninth bays, blocked window in fifth bay.Two six-panel entrance doors, in third and sixth bays, the latter with a plain cantilevered hood. A mid C20 garage and cottage known as Manor Lodge, abutting on west end, is of no special interest.
