(Formerly listed as Cottage north west of Woodlands Farmhouse)

Cottage. Late C17-early C18. Timber-framed, partly underbuilt with painted brick to mid-rail, tiled roof. Single cell with gable entry and large external stack to east and later brick outshut to north, later larger brick additions to west. ingle storey with attic, one two-light wooden casement to south, one casement in gable, simple plank door to right of stack in outshut.

Framing: originally three panels high from sill to wall-plate, straight brace from mid-rail to wall-plate; short brace from post to tie-beam in gable; timber weathering above windows.
